The Bi-Annual Home Care Plan includes two scheduled Home Care Checkups each year, typically one in the spring and one in the fall.  This helps homeowners stay ahead of seasonal maintenance and monitor developing concerns more closely.

What’s Included

Two home checkups per year, updated digital reports, smoke and carbon monoxide detector testing, battery replacement when needed, HVAC filter checks and replacement when supplied or billed separately, seasonal maintenance checks, and up to 15 minutes of minor maintenance during each visit.
